PARCO next NEXT welcomes another 13 new Singapore designers into its stable. This is part of a fashion design incubator project jointly organised by PARCO Singapore and Textile & Fashion Federation, and supported by SPRING Singapore.

The aim of the project is to help aspiring fashion designers turn their ideas into competitive businesses. The initiative provides selected fashion designers with a start-up platform where they can learn business essentials and processes specific to the industry. The designers are also given structured training and mentorship, including learning about managing a business, over a course of 18 months.

Before its relaunch on 16 April, the shopping section already housed successful local labels such as Chalk (by Priscilla Tan), OwnMuse (by Juang and Johanna) and MAE PANG (by Pang Ai Mei). These labels have grown from strength to strength in the years and are well-loved by fashion bloggers and fashion magazines.

Of the 13 new labels that joined the PARCO next NEXT family, we think that a few are particularly exciting to watch: Eve, by Eve Tan, whose Spring/Summer collection is inspired by the English countryside; Shito, by Alice Soedirman and Cheryl Mok, a women’s shoe label featuring quirky designs; WanderWonder, by Lenz Fan and Kenny Ong, a cheeky and chic menswear label; and Veira, by Tan Wey Ling, a travel bags and accessories label.

PARCO next NEXT is located at Level 2 of PARCO Marina Bay at Millenia Walk. The area is about 6000 sqft and offers open-concept store areas and stand-alone shop units. Click here to see the list of labels housed at PARCO next NEXT.
