Summer is the best time for grilled meats and 10 at Claymore knows that well. That’s why the restaurant is offering a series of grilled dishes in its Plates of Pleasure menu from now till 31 August. The buffet restaurant located at Pan Pacific Orchard changes its Plates of Pleasure menu once every two months. This all-you-can-eat a la minut menu is available on top of its wide variety of buffet items.
The current promotion called “Thrill of the Grill” consists of US Petite Black Angus with Malbec Reduction, Blackmore Wagyu Patty with peppered gravy and St. Louis “Fingering” Pork Rib glazed with Vintage BBQ sauce served with Cajun-Fat Chips. Of these, our favourite has to be the angus beef, which is ultra juicy and grilled to perfection under charcoal fire.
In addition to these premium grills, the “Thrill of the Grill” menu also offers Prawn “Fleur de Sel” with Mango Ensenada and Chilli Lemongrass Drizzle and Aussie Farm-Raised Lamb with Sweet Plum Jus.
The “Thrill of Grill” menu is available for dinner, Sundays to Thursdays, and brunch on Sundays.
Besides these seasonal picks, 10 at Claymore’s a la carte menu includes a Full blood Wagyu Beef that’s grain-fed for 600 days and comes with a marbling score of 9+, an impressive rating out of a full score of 11.
Seafood-lovers also won’t be disappointed. The restaurant offers Live US Oysters and Boston Lobsters which are flown in fresh and meticulously prepared.
